At Empack USA Corp., all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for purchased products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

·        Your order number

·        A brief description of the issue

·        Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.
